All of the offerings here have been lovingly crafted by my bare (and sometimes gloved) hands, with the assistance of nature and time. Bark & brain tan sheepskin rugs, hand processed sheep skulls, and tallow based herbal salves. I hope you enjoy the fats of my labor!
About the Fat*ist
I am Maggie, the Fat*ist! I am a fat enthusiast - I eat it, slather it on my skin, clean it out of skulls, and use it to transform & soften hides into luxurious textiles. My home tannery is based creekside in beautiful Southern Oregon and the hides, skulls, and tallow I utilize are sourced from neighbors and local farms.
